"Living exclusively in putrid swamps, they are proud of there powers and are not afraid to manipulate swamp gas with a tiny spark of fire in order to protect the others. Many swamps are desolated because of a group of Amphyros refuse ingot share there land with others".

"Amphyro are masters of the marsh.  Upon evolving, Amphyro will claim a small territory as it's own, and will give it's all defending it's new home.  Commanders of fire, they will burn out all threats to their dominion.  It is very rare to catch an Amphyro in the wild, as it is almost impossible to tear them away from their land."

"Found near hot springs, Amphyro produce a flammable oil from their skin. Once ignited, it's almost impossible to put out."
